Longer lasting Sweeps 1512 , 1513 & 1599
Which guarantees the working width and the angle of attack
New Bellota cultivator points 1512, 1513 and 1599: optimised design for longer service life.
Bellota has redesigned the 1512, 1513 and 1599 cultivator points with a clear objective: to extend service life and ensure uniform work in the field.
On the one hand, the shape of the wings has been optimised so that, as they wear, the working width is maintained. With a wing measuring more than 40 mm, the part is guaranteed to retain its working width throughout its life, ensuring consistent and uniform tillage.
Double rib for greater strength and reduced draft force
The design incorporates a double rib with a thickness of more than 22 mm and a length of 85 mm, which not only guarantees a longer service life, but also ensures that the angle of attack is maintained.
Thanks to this geometry, the cultivator always retains the correct tip profile for effective soil penetration, reducing draft force and ensuring a more efficient and stable working performance.
Three models to suit different working requirements
The range consists of three models:
- 1512 and 1599, with a 47° angle of attack
- 1513, with a 35.5° angle of attack
These cultivator points are available with working widths of 185 mm, 230 mm and 270 mm, allowing adaptation to different soil conditions and tillage systems.
